I am a realtor and an investor with 16 years of experience in the real estate market. I have followed the trends in the market and feel purchasing a home can be a great idea in down markets as well as our current bull market if it is done properly. My biggest passion is investing in real estate and helping others do the same. Home ownership is of high importance to me, and I feel everyone should have the opportunity to own at least their primary residence. I graduated cum laude from ASU with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communications. A little bit about my personal investment and business background: I own residential, commercial, and vacation rentals in Arizona, Idaho, and Mexico. I started investing in real estate in 2005 and have been my own property manager at all of my properties. I made it through the early 2000s real estate crash keeping all of my properties and making a profit with all of them. What helped increase my earnings rather than losing my investments was that I felt responsibility for the loans I took out; at one time, a house was worth half of my loan amount. During and before this time, I worked as a Spanish and English Interpreter and I owned several businesses, including a party rental business, and a partnership in creating a map of the world, selling it nationwide and internationally. I owned a Curves gym in Mexico; I bought and sold businesses in the US and sold their merchandise in Mexico.

I have 4 kids; the youngest is 10 and the oldest, who is 23, just bought his first home! That was the highlight of my 2020 year, seeing my son start his real estate investment career. Empowering and teaching my kids has always been the priority in my life. Everything I have accomplished has been as a stay at home mom. Who I am would not be complete without mentioning my love of travel. I lived in Japan for 2 months when I was 18; I lived in Mexico until I was 7 and again for 3 years in my 20s. Japan is my favorite destination, but my favorite recent trip experience was learning Chinese for a semester and taking my family of 6 to China for a month and a half, traveling to different cities.
